Adams & Martin Group is working with a highly respected, law firm in Minneapolis area that is seeking a Plaintiff Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its dynamic and fast-growing practice. This is a strong opportunity to advocate for employees in meaningful, high-impact cases involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour violations, and whistleblower claims.

Key Responsibilities:
* Represent employers in federal and state employment litigation matters
* Manage a high-volume caseload of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage/hour matters
* Be actively Licensed in MN
* Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and administrative proceedings (EEOC, MDHR, etc.)
* Develop case strategies and evaluate claims
* Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases, including class and collective actions
* Communicate regularly with clients regarding case progress and expectations
* Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
* Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and case analyses
* Participate in depositions, mediations, and administrative proceedings
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of labor & employment litigation experience
* Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
* Experience with Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, and related employment laws preferred
* Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and client-management abilities
* Active Minnesota bar license (or eligibility for admission)
